I began my recruitment career within the banking and financial services industry in 2019, initially working as a generalist across both front office and middle office functions. Over time, I developed a strong passion for roles within risk management and those requiring quantitative expertise, and I now specialise in recruiting for these areas. I’m committed to building long-term relationships and connecting top-tier talent with meaningful career opportunities.

 

Roles I Recruit For

I focus on mid- to senior-level positions across risk management, quantitative analytics, and systematic trading. This includes roles in financial risk, model risk, portfolio risk, quantitative research, and trading, primarily within banks, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, and fintech companies.
